"I love helping people get back to doing what they love to do, improving their movement and reducing pain so they can move through life with more ease and comfort"

My Story

I’ve always been interested in people. Living in Los Angeles I studied and trained in multiple Yoga styles, during one training session I had a short Feldenkrais lesson and one of those “oh my gosh” moments!

I couldn’t believe the instant flexibility I felt in my hips. I became curious about how these small movements could make such an impact. In 2003 I become a certified Feldenkrais practitioner.

I work with people from all ages and walks of life. Young children and teenagers, who are having problems with their posture or have developmental issues, athletes, people wanting to regain and improve their walking /running and those wanting to move better and have less pain.

After 24 years living in Los Angeles and Mexico I returned home to New Zealand in 2012 creating a private practice incorporating all my experience in Feldenkrais, Bones for Life and Feet First.

I’m passionate about teaching people how they can improve their movement and LIVE more Life from the feet up!
