I work with a lot of people who have difficulties with walking/standing and sitting, general neck issues/shoulder/lower back pain and tightness.
A client, who loves to cycle had problems at narrow bridges, as he couldn’t look behind him to see traffic, had to get off his bike to see if any cars were coming. Now he can turn easily and freely to look behind him without getting off his bike.

Those that are recovering from long time injuries/re occurring injuries that haven’t been helped with more traditional approaches. 
With my work we get to the underlying issues that are stoping a person from healing and help them to not only move better but have better awareness of how they move and also a self care tool box of things they can do when they get pain.
